Watch: Underhand Bent Over Rows with Resistance Bands

I swear I think my trainer made this up on the fly, but it works! I used resistance bands with my bent over rows to get in a really good back workout. You can do underhand or overhand. The resistance bands are great for adding that extra push when you are pulling up on the positive and down on the negative. Start with 50+ at a light weight and resistance.
