Hidden in Addison, off Midway and Lindberg Dr, I grabbed lunch with my BFF on this gorgeous day. Was skeptical at first about the Pork Tenderloin on a baguette, but it was delicious. The half sandwich was pretty big. Check out that mayo…makes me think of the butter that goes on banh mis. Makes me think of crinkling bread from Ratatouille. Pork was sweet and tender and bread was perfectly toasted. Mmmm…so delicious.
