Now before anyone shakes their head at me, this is a big step toward domestication for me. Up until this point, I’ve only been baking my foods in little ovens and foil packs, and botching every attempt at real time cooking. Spaghetti is one my second all time favorite thing to eat (fried chicken being numero uno!) and it was actually quite fun to make.
The awesome thing about making the spaghetti sauce is being able to add anything I want to it. After digging through my fridge, I found a bunch of veggies I needed to use before they go bad. So I added diced bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and of course ground beef. I decided to try out the wheat pasta, but honestly I don’t think it’s any better than regular pasta.
