Office Cooking: BBQ Pork Chops and Veggies

photo 1One of my buddies brought me some apple barbeque sauce from Tennessee as a souvenir. So I decided to use it as a marinade for my cooking as an experiment. I honestly did not expect it to smell or taste so good.

I just marinated a few pork chops in the sauce overnight. No salt. Just a bit of pepper. Then I chopped some red potatoes and sliced zucchini squash. Wrapped it in foil and cooked it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. So easy. This meal seriously cost me $3 and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely making this again and again and again…
