Save money. Eat healthy!
Wrap anything in foil and sticking it in the awesome conventional oven while you work. This time I just added pepper and some Mrs. Dash garlic and onion seasoning to the salmon and cut up some bell peppers and broccoli. Sometimes I add a dash of soy sauce for taste. I just eye the amount. It’s hard to mess this up.
All in all, my lunch was super filling and cost me less than $4 to make.
